After determining that your cooling coil is in need of repair, contact us
at toll free 888/483-7586 or 256-784-5097 or info@rvrefrigeratorrepair.com
and we will confirm the problem, give you our recommendations along with
the price and shipping charge. And shipping date
We ship UPS throughout the 48 states, we must have the core back so we will
issue a call tag about 10 days after shipment. A $100.00 core charge will
be added to your account only if you fail to return the core. Complete
instructions will be included with your coil.

for that information. We ship most units within 48 hours. We will not
accept your payment (credit card) until the day we ship. If you send a
check, it must clear the bank before shipping.

We ship via UPS all
over the contiguous 48 states and FedEx freight on
the side by side units. A call tag will be issued one to two weeks
after the coil is shipped. A call tag
means that RV Refrigerator Repair has notified UPS to pick up the package
from you at the address the unit was shipped to. You just put the old unit
back in the shipping carton along with the bracing, tape up the box and
contact us at 888/483-7586 or info@rvrefrigeratorrepair.com
and we’ll take care of the rest.
